MENUMeasuring Angles with a Protractor
Drag the protractor so that its centre - the middle of the straight edge - sits on the vertex (the black dot). Turn it with the arrow buttons until the 0° line lies along one arm, then read where the other arm crosses the scale that starts at 0. Type the number and press Enter. Every angle is a multiple of 5°.
Section A: one arm is flat
One arm is horizontal, so you only need to move the protractor.
Section B: turn the protractor
The arms point in any direction, so turn the protractor as well.
