[How to evaluate ]\int\limits_{r}^{s}\int\limits_{\xi cot\theta}^{p}[\frac{(x-\zeta)(y-\xi)}{((x-\zeta)^2+(y-\xi)^2)^2}][? Or alternatively, how comes the integral in the attached document has such a result?]
