[tex]\sum_{k=1}^{\infty }\frac{cos(2 \pi k \sqrt{I + \lambda^{2}})}{k} = \infty[/tex] if [tex]\sqrt{I + \lambda^{2}}[/tex] is a positive integer.

The answer is the very important Harmonic Series! And that's all folks! :)
