Payroll split question

Payroll split question

So, a job has a total value of $3500.
Worker #1 gets 45%. Worker #2 gets 55%.

If both workers work the exact same hours, the split payment would be straight forward.
Worker #1 gets $1575 (45%). Worker #2 gets $1925 (55%).

But what if the workers work different hours and you want to adjust the split according to the percentage of hours worked and still maintain the basic 45/55 split.

Meaning if worker #1 worked 67 hours and worker #2 only worked 54 hours, the pay should be split with worker #1 getting more, but the baseline 45/55 must be maintained. For example, maybe this would workout to a 48/52 split?

That's the problem. What would be the formula be to allow for variable hours and still maintain the basic 45/55?

Thanks in advance for any help given.
