Formulas I'm using in trading

Hi everyone, look I'm not good at maths and I'm having trouble figuring a formula of which can have different variables. Here it is (2*n) + (2*x)/360)+1.25)^2 So I dont know how to perform the ^2 on a calculator let alone know what it means. The book this is in also mentions memory STO and memory RCL.

Open the windows calculator.
From View menu choose "Scientific" option.
And you will see x² - x raised to the power of 2
and
x^y - x raised to the power of y
