Solve the equation where [tex]k[/tex] is a real parameter so that there is one real solution only.
[tex]\frac{x}{ (1+4x)^2} +\frac{4k\sqrt{x} }{ 1+4x} +3=0[/tex]

Hope it helps

if you run a check though you may find that x=0 is not a solution! So you have to eliminate that case.

Questions

1. Find the distance around each square with the area given. Round to the nearest tenth.

Area of square ABCD is 500 in( Inch Square)

2. Simplify. The estimate the value of each expression.

10?20 + 5?320

3.Find the side length in each right triangle.

if b=24 and c=26, find a

4.Solve each equation for the given variable.

y=-2x+b for x
ab+c=4 for a

5.Solve and graph

-8 < t/2 ( 1/2 is a fraction not division)
-5p>15
9 >-b/3

Please tell me if some one need help in Algebra 1 :lol: :) :o
