[tex]3^{2x-1} *5^{3x+2}=\frac{9}{5} *5^{2x} * 3^{3x}[/tex]
<=>
[tex]3^{2x-1} *5^{3x+2}= 5^{2x-1} * 3^{3x+2}[/tex]

Now divide by [tex]5^{3x+2}[/tex]
and then by [tex]5^{2x-1}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{3^{2x-1}}{5^{2x-1} } = \frac{3^{3x+2}}{5^{3x+2} }[/tex]

Can you continue, please?
