Instructions

A. Graph each function by determining whether its graph opens up or down and by finding its vertex, axis of symmetry, y-intercepts, and x-intercepts, if any.

B. Determine the domain and range of the function.

C. Determine where the function is increasing and where it is decreasing.

42. f(x) = 4x^2 - 2x + 1

44. f(x) = -3x^2 + 3x - 2
