Probability of the Rapture

Probability of the Rapture

Postby nycmath » Fri Aug 14, 2026 7:00 pm

If the rapture is a sure, singular event that doesn't require anything to take place at any moment, what is the probability of the rapture happening right now?

Note: I found this question in a religious forum for SAT students but I lost the website.

By sure, singular event do you mean that P(rapture)+P( not rapture)=1?
To solve this problem, we need to know P(not rapture).

A sure, singular event means that it is going to happen and nothing can prevent it from happening. I found this question to be very interesting.
