L1 and L2 are parallel lines. The equation of L1 is y = 3x + 2 L2 passes through the point (3, 4). Find an equation for L2.

L2..... 4 = 3 x 3 + c
c = -5
L2.... y = 3x - 5

L1 is y = 3x + 2
L2 =?
L2 pases through point (3,4)
x= 3 and y= 4

4= 3x3 + c
4= 9 + c
c= -5

so the L2 is y= 3x - 5
