Find the slope of the straight line ax+by+1=0 where [tex]\lim_{x \to 0}\frac{\tan(2x)}{x^3}+\frac{a}{x^2}+\frac{\sin(bx)}{x}[/tex]

I don't understand what you are saying. The slope of the straight line ax+ by= c is, of course, -a/b so apparently you are asking for possible values of a and b. You give a limit expression but you don't say anything about it! Is that limit supposed to exist (be finite)? If so what is the limit equal to?
