Software for automated drawing of geometric forms

HI!
i need to automate the drawing of some thousand of price-chart-candles, looking like the example in the attached screenshot.
for this reason, i do have a database of 4 variables (high / open / close / low), which indicates the outlines of my geometric form.
OPEN and CLOSE are forming the height of the Square
HIGH and LOW are forming the length of the line, which runs through the middle of the square.

--> i am now searching for a software- or web-solution, which can draw vector-based geometric-forms like SQUAREs and LINEs!

--> within this tool, it should be possible to define a start/middle-point, from wich on the drawing is defined.
--> It should then be possible to connect this tool with a database, which holds a long list of these 4 variables.
--> through defining a script within this tool, i want then to automate the process of drawing the LINE and the SQUARE. - the x-axis of both forms will be fixed, so that the width will never change. the y-axis depends on the variables-values from the database, so that the height of the line and square will change from "candle" to "candle".

Does anybody has an idea about a software- or web-tool, which can manage this operations?
--> the output-format of the "geometric form" (= combination of line and square are forming the candle in total) should be a vector-grafic.

Please hit me with questions, if my point is unclear!
