Adam's watch is in advance of 5 minutes, so, as the real time is 12:15, Adam's watch is 12:20, now.
And he thinks that it delays 10 minutes, so, if Adam's watch is now 12:20, Adam thinks that now is 12:30.

The area (I) and (II) is:
S - C

The area (III) is:
2(S - C)

The area (IV) is:
S - 2(S - C) = 2C - S

So, the desired area:

[tex]2C-S=2\pi R^2-L^2=2\pi 100^2-200^2=20\,000\pi-40\,000\approx 22\,831,85m^2[/tex]
