Asked Another Way:
I'm looking for Mortgage/Loan Repayment Calculation Software that will calculate the monthly principal and interest payments over a specific period of time. INCLUDING the ability to calculate a loan agreement where NO PAYMENT is made on a monthly basis and the UNPAID MONTHLY INTEREST is added to the Principal and the interest is recalculated every month on that INCREASED PRINCIPAL.
