Parametric irrational inequality

Can somebody show me the way of resolving of the following irrational inequality with parameter:

√(x + 2 - ax) ≥ 3 - x

Why it has to be transformed to a system? Or there's other way?

I will add something for the solution above:

One more case shoud be examined: if 3-x<0 then it will be something possitive to be greater or equal to something negative => all x in the permisable values for this case will be the solution.

in Rock Mechanics, those circles represent states of stresses at various points and various conditions, and we know that the ENVELOP to those circles constitute what we call Mohr Envelop (a Curve that is most probable a Hyperbola, and that is Tangent to ALL circles)
