Number problem

Postby Shoy00 » Wed Apr 01, 2009 10:55 pm

Here's one I can't figure out.

Use the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 to make a five digit number.
The number is less than 30 000
the 3 is next to the 2
the 2 isn't next to the 1 or the 4
the 5 isn't next to the 1 or the 4
the 3 is next to the 4 or the 5
Thanks

First, I'm sorry for my english..I will try..

the 3 is next to the 2 and the 2 isn't next to the 1 or the 4 so the 2 is next to 5!! Also, the 5 isn't next to the 1 or the 4, so 5 is the last digit. We have two solutions 5-digits numbers 14325 or 41325, but only 14325<30000 is true.
