If you draw a tree, to show the number of ways to roll two dice (one red, one green). How many possibilities are there?

Hint: Draw the branches for the roll of the first die and then attach more branches to correspond to the roll of the second die)

One thing you haven't said is how many sides each die has. Most common is 6- each die is a cube with 6 sides.

"(Hint: Draw the branches for the roll of the first die and then attach more branches to correspond to the roll of the second die)
So draw 6 "branches" representing the six possible results when rolling the red die and, from the tip of each draw 6 more branches representing the six possible results when rolling the green die.
