A merchant received two square cases of different sizes containing green tea (larger case) and black tea (smaller case). The teas are mixed to fill twenty two square chests of equal size. Calculate proportion of green tea to black tea. Thank you.

I assume you mean "cubic" cases and not square cases. Square cases have only an area so do not contain any tea.
The proportion of "green tea" to "black tea" will be the "volume of green tea" divided by the "volume of black tea" assuming it is all mixed evenly. So it will be the ratio of the size of "larger case" to "smaller case". It doesn't matter if it fills 22 chests or 42 chests.
