Really its a very interesting task and my answer is b that is 50% because in my opinion its the best answer one can give.

The question is NOT "which" answer is correct ? ......

The question IS "what is the chance you will be correct ?" ......

There are 4 answers, I select one at random.

They are all equi - probable of being picked and only one is correct.
The fact that the answers themselves are percentages is irrelevant....They are just the "number value" of the answers to a question

Probabliity of being correct is 1 in 4 OR 1/4

So 25% chance of being correct.

OK, I cannot read fully answer option "D"......is it 25% or 35%......looks more like 35% rather that repeat of 25%

If a trick question as 25% repeated...then really only 3 options given so probability 1 in 3

So 33.33%
