Respected Sir
I am From India. I am Not a mathematician. I need your help the following math.
I attach herewith one sample 11x11 mathematical problem, This matrix is contain 21 numbers as 00, 01 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 07, 08, 09, 10, 11,12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 (totally 21 Numbers) . How it is formed . Repeated numbers are also comming frequently, All are 2 digit numbers. It is coming under any formula basis. Please help me to find the solution to solve this problem. If anybody help me and find the formula and solution, i am very much thanks to them.
