Help required to solve calculus 1 problem

How many number of digits present [tex]4^{60}[/tex], if log2 = 0.301?

Digits of n are D(n)=[logn]+1.
log4^60=log2^120=120*0.301=36.120.
[tex]\Rightarrow[/tex] D(4^60)=[36.120]=37.

While you might have been given these problems in a Calculus class neither really has anything to do with Calculus. They are both problems in logarithms.
