Budget question

Hello, I was not sure which section my question was to be posted on. I need alittle help with a budget question. Im not asking for an answer just a formula the answer is okay also its just an example question.

A job was quoted for work to be completed in 1200 hours the budget is 50,000 dollars keep in mind theres 3 workers to complete this job. The customer would like to reduce the budget by 10 percent and would also like for the job to be complete in a week. How much would you pay the 3 workers per hour for the week. Keep in mind 1 worker is master level he would make more than the other 2 workers which are helpers.

Is 1200 hours correct?

The job have to be completed for 1200 - 40*3 = 1200 - 120 = 1080

And payment is 50000-10% = 50000 - 5000 = 45000

Let x is the payment of each worker
The master is payed 2x

1080 ÷ 40 = 27 weeks

(x + x + 2x)*27 = 45000
