A problem with carriages

Two carriages which are the same are moving one after the other by momentum (without fraction) with the same speed [tex]v_0[/tex]. Indiana Jones is in the back carriage, and his weight is m. At some time he jumps into to the front carriage with speed i, according to his carriage. If you take the weight of both the carriages to be M, find the speed of the two carriages after the jump.
