The situation is not completely hopeless. Safe and effective global geoengineering along with global cooperation of the United Nations (+192 nations) to mitigate climate change in a timely fashion and with some timely help from Mother Earth and with some good luck/miracle (thank you, Lord GOD! Amen!), we (humans) will overcome the current climate crisis and survive/thrive...

Humans are incapable of fixing the big problems (WMDs, poverty, climate change, etc.)

May Lord GOD help us. Amen.

Geoengineering is the deliberate manipulation of the Earth's environment on a large scale to counteract or mitigate the effects of climate change. It involves a wide range of technologies and approaches, including carbon dioxide removal, solar radiation management, and ocean fertilization, among others.

Carbon dioxide removal techniques involve capturing and storing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere or directly from industrial processes to reduce the concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. Solar radiation management techniques involve reflecting sunlight back into space to cool the planet's surface and mitigate the effects of global warming.

There is ongoing debate over the feasibility, effectiveness, and potential risks of geoengineering as a means of mitigating climate change. Some experts argue that it could provide a useful complement to existing efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while others caution that it could have unintended consequences and may not address the root causes of climate change.
