Trade a Door Height for a Duck!

We need a custom trailer to haul baby supplies across the country. The trailer manufacturer is unwilling to assume the liability of telling us a recommended door opening, even though we know the height of the largest piece of equipment (50" long x 78" high).

If the floor height at the door opening is 19" off the ground. How high should the opening be?

I'm embarrassed to say we've had a lot of people working on this!
