Payment Schedule

Postby Blabbs » Mon Apr 23, 2018 4:36 pm

I am trying to locate the software that will permit me to calculate the schedule for the type of loan as follows:

1. A $65,000 loan (from one family member to another family member - to pay off a home equity line of credit).

2. Secured by the real estate (recorded as a lien against the property)

3. No payments are required (not even interest only payments).

4. The unpaid monthly interest is added to the principal on a monthly basis and the interest rate then applies to that principal as it increases on a monthly basis.

I need to create a schedule that shows the changes in the principal and the interest payment on a monthly basis over a ten year period.

Do you know of a calculator that meets this need?

Thanks

Joel

Do you need it for commercial or private use?

Hmm.. the easiest solution to your problem is excel from microsoft. There are a huge number of different functions that will help you easily implement your idea. Of course, you will have to create a formula for calculating the final result yourself, but the program will be able to calculate everything else (including graphs) independently. After I connected gateway worldwide to my online store, I often used excel to compare profits for different sales quarters. This is really very convenient, especially if you know how to use it. If you have never worked with excel, then you should watch various video tutorials on YouTube, I am sure that there you will find a huge amount of information. Good luck!
