Spearman correlation scaterplot

Hello all! I have a question. I tested to see whether a scale and an ordinal variable correlate (Spearman) and the spss output showed a positive correlation r,473 p<0,001 but my scaterplot is a bit confusing. The positive correlation is not clear. What am I missing? Can someone help plz? Thanks

Sorry, I was mistaken. R is ,356 and p .001
