Hi
This should be "easy task" like looking the table from "normal distribution's cumulative distribution function":

Normal distribution X~N(2,2) calculate probability P(|X-1|<2) ?
Clue= transform to "standard normal distribution"
ANSWER= 0.744

Prob of X between -1 and +3 with mean of 2 and std dev.of 1.414

X value 3... 3 - 1 = 2


(3 - 2) / 1.414 = 0.71 ....... .2611


X value -1... -1 - 1 = -2

(-1 - 2) / 1.414 = - 2.12 ......... .4830

Sum of areas = .2611 + .4830 = .7441

Probability = 74.41%
