Unbiased estimator

Hi new to this so be gentle!
It’s part b I’m stuck with.
I think the MLE is 1/(1+Mean)
Struggling to see if it’s unbiased.

Hi I don’t think it is unbiased so what about finding a single counter example that shows it’s biased??

Haven’t used n= 50 yet and know Y bar is unbiased so what about saying sigma Y is 50 so p is 1.
Just need to show p hat ( which is 1/(1+X bar) doesn’t equal 1 ??
