Blackjack shuffle

Hello everyone,

I was wondering what kind of tests should I perform to look for unfairness of shuffle of 6 decks blackjack game ?

I want to test a continuous shuffle machine

I want to make sure there is no biases and the House Edge is what it should be. I just don’t trust those machines :)

I was thinking on focusing on the result of the bank (17-18-19-20-21-BUST) to see if observed datas/results match with theoretical expectations. But I’m not sure if it would be enough to prove the integrity of the shuffle.

I guess there would be more tests to perform to look for UNFAIRNESS and if we don’t find anything in those different tests then we can conclude that the shuffle is probably fair to the player ?

Thank you :)

The key here is sticking to the basic properties and not overcomplicating it with extra stuff. Works fine most of the time if you keep it straightforward. Anyone got a quick example that fits the usual pattern?
