Part A

Note: YOUR LATEX IS NOT CLEAR. I ASSUME YOU MEAMT TO SAY $5 + 0.05 cents per minutes.

We want C(x).

C(x) = 0.05x + fixed amount

C(x) = 0.05x + 5

Part B

Let x = 105 minutes

C(x) = 0.05x + 5

C(105) = 0.05(105) + 5

C(105) = $10.25

Let x = 180 minutes

C(x) = 0.05x + 5

C(180) = 0.05(180) + 5

C(180) = $14

Yes, your answers are correct; I did make a LaTex error, bit it was meant to say 5 dollars and 5 cents per minute.
