How do I work out theses fractions

I want to work out fractions over 4 quarters as follows for some staff
Q1: 5th Jan – 28th Jan 86 days
Q2: 1st March – 30th June 90 days
Q3: 1st July - 30th September 92 days
Q4: 1st Oct - 31st December 92 days
Employee 1 – Works the full 5 days pw for Team 1 in 1st Quarter, goes to team 2 for Q2 then returns to Team 1 for Q3 & Q4 –
Are the fractions Q1 – 0 , Q2 - 0.51, Q3 – 0.34, Q4 – 0.25 ???
Employee 2 – Works for 54 days out of 86 in Q1 for team 3, then moves to team 4 for rest of the year, what are the fractions for each quarter for team 3 & team 4.
