Prove that the line segments joining the middle points of the sides of a triangle divide into four congruent triangles.

"Solution: Let the main triangle ABC
D be the mid point of AB there for AD=DB
E be the mid point of AC there for AE=EC
F be the mid point of BC there for BF=FC

by the fig we can see that line segment DF is parallel to the line EC so DF=EC
similarly EF=AD
DE=FC
by the definition of congruent triangles theorem proved . " :)
