I'm trying to find a software program capable of drawing and enlarging the Baha'i nine-pointed star. It would need to spit out the complex angles and the lengths of the diagonals + widths of the identical 18 member pieces.

I'd also be quite pleased to just know how to draw this full scale and take the measurements off the diagram with a digital protractor and compass. I know that each of the 9 exterior points is 40 degrees from each other and that the inner angles are at 20 degrees to the exterior points.
