Given an Ellipse with Radius A and B , Center Hx , Hy,
and angle of inclination Ang1. A point p(x1 , y1) is outside
the ellipse. The line joining point p and center of ellipse
intersects ellipse at point q.
Find a formula to find coordinates of point q.
