A) [tex]90^\circ - 35^\circ 42' 18'' = 89^\circ 59' 60'' - 35^\circ 42' 18'' = 54^\circ 17' 42''[/tex]

B) [tex]180^\circ - 15^\circ 35' 45'' = 179^\circ 59' 60'' - 15^\circ 35' 45'' = 164^\circ 24' 15''[/tex]

C) [tex](89-a)^\circ\,(59-b)'\,(60-c)''[/tex]

D) [tex](179-a)^\circ\,(59-b)'\,(60-c)''[/tex]

C and D assume [tex]c>0[/tex]; if [tex]b=c=0[/tex] they become [tex](90-a)^\circ[/tex] and [tex](180-a)^\circ[/tex].
