Line lengths with matching areas sizes

I have to move my property line. I know a couple of the angles and 2 of the line lengths. The line must move without changing either owners acreage size. So I need to have an equal triangle area in the upper and lower shapes. So I need the distance from A to B. The distance from B to D. And the angle of D and B. See the picture attached.

Can anyone help me?
