Nice problem.

Let's assume the sequence that way:

13122833143053163...

Now divide the sequence into triplets:

131 228 331 430 531 63...

Notice all the triplets start with consecutively natural numbers. Divide them again:

1 31
2 28
3 31
4 30
5 31
6 3...

Now it's obvious. This is a pair <month, days in it> (normal year).
So the next is 0 as June has 30 days.
