Set [tex]C'(t)[/tex] to 0 and replace the [tex]e^{0.039t}[/tex] term with [tex]x[/tex]. Now, you have a quadratic in [tex]x[/tex] which you can solve. Once you find the roots, replace [tex]x[/tex] with its original form [tex]e^{0.039t}[/tex] and find [tex]t[/tex].
