f'(x)=[tex]\lim_{x \to 0} \frac{f(x+h)-f(x)}{h}[/tex]

=[tex]\frac{2-3(x+h)-(2-3x)}{h}[/tex]

=[tex]\frac{-3h}{h}[/tex]
=-3
