What you have got is [tex]\frac{dC}{dt}=0.2212W^{0.58}\frac{dW}{dt}[/tex] which is the rate of change. For % rate of change, we have:

% change = [tex]\frac{\Delta C}{C}\times100\Rightarrow[/tex] % rate of change = [tex]\frac{\Delta C}{C\Delta t}\times100[/tex]. So, as [tex]t\to0[/tex], we have:

% rate of change = [tex]\frac{1}{C}\frac{dC}{dt}\times100=\frac{1}{0.14W^{1.58}}\times0.2212W^{0.58}\frac{dW}{dt}\times100=\boxed{\frac{158}{W}\frac{dW}{dt}}[/tex]
