I'm trying to reverse calculate the minimum score required for each concept 1-9 weighed differently to achieve an overall average for the year 2024 attached file shown below. Each concept can score 0-4.

So in 2023, concepts 7 and 8 both have the same score of 3.75 but are weighed differently at 18 and 15% so they wouldn't actually be the same score. I've tried 3.75 desired for 2024 / 100% = .0375 (1%) * 10 = .375 (10%) just for the 1st concept but doesn't make sense unless I move the decimal place forward to 3.75 for some reason. if they were not weighed at all it would just be 3.75 across 9 all 9 concepts.

Please advise
