How to calculate the median of trapezoid in analytical geometry?

One end of the median is half way between 15;30 and 30;3. That is [tex]\frac{15+ 30}{2}[/tex];[tex]\frac{30+ 30}{2}[/tex]= 22.5;30. The other is halfway between 15;15 and 30;1. That is [tex]\frac{15+ 30}{2}[/tex];[tex]\frac{30+ 1}{2}[/tex]= 22.5; 15.5. The distance between those, the length of the median, is 30- 15.5= 14.5.
