Trigonometry Word Problem with an Airplane.

An aerolift airplane can fly at an airspeed of 300mph.
If there is a wind blowing towards the cast at 50mph,what should be the planes compass heading in order for its course to be 30 degree? What will be the planes ground speed if it flies in this course?
