Orthogonalisation

Postby Jaffacake » Sun Dec 29, 2019 6:59 am

Hi all

I'm stuck on a problem that requires the Gram-Schidmt process, to find an orthogonal basis for T that includes the vector (1, 0, 0, 2), where T is the set
T = {(x, y, z, 2x + y − 3z) : x, y, z ∈ R}.

Hope someone can help.

Thank you,
Jaffacake
