Equations: Solve by Elimination

Solve the following by a method of elimination ( addition, subtraction, substitution, comparison ).

(Y + 1) (X + 5) = (Y + 5) (X + 1) and XY + Y + X = (Y + 2) (X + 2)

My partial attempt:

YX + 5Y + X + 5 = YX + Y + 5X + 5

2X + 2Y = YX + 2Y + 2X + 4

How do I proceed ?
