I didnt actually save the whole spreadsheet as a jpeg before. All I did was take screen dumps, ( Alt, PrScrn), that copies whats on screen to clipboard, then pasted them in Paint and select the bit I wanted in Paint and pasted it in another Paint and did this several time for the different bits, the second Paint to paste them in puts them alltogether as one document that can save as jpeg. With screen dumps you can see the spreadsheet rows and column numbers and numbers and menus etc. What I have done here attached, is select the entire work area of the spreadsheet, click copy, paste in paint, then select the text box I had and pasted it in the space beside the lists. You dont see the row or colums numbers. then saved it as jpg file.
