I don't understand the 2H(14H - 7).

It is explained in the worded equation above

Height x 2 x (SideA + SideB)) = 2H(14H - 7)"

SideA + SideB = (8H - 2) + (6H - 5) = (14H -7).....which is half the perimeter
So need to multiply by 2 to get full perimeter
And to find area of wall then multiply by height H.
