3x-8y=10 and -21x+56y=-84 solve by process of Elimination

You can't solve that pair of equations. there is no solution! If you multiply the first equation, 3x- 8y= 10 by -7 you get -21x+ 56y= -70. Any x, y pair satisfying the first equation will make -21+ 56y equal to -70, not -84.
