Grade 10 Equation help

These equations are from my textbook and I don't understand!! I'm not expecting any answers, just a rough idea of how to go about calculating them would be nice :)

A) 1/2(3x+5)-(5x-2)=6
B) (x(x-2))/6 - x/3 = 1- x/4
C) ax-bx=b^2-a^2 (a = (with a line through it) b)
D) 12= x(11-2x)

Thanks all :)

A) 3/2 x+5/2-5x+2 =6
-7x/2+9/2=6
-7x/2= 3/2
x= - 3/7

Solve others in the same way :)
